Originally an 'Early Sundayz' song. Givin' it some rethought, it turned out to be quite an anime-like rock-metal-fusion thing.
Changes to the original lyrics have been made by Attila Czuth and me while sitting in our dorm-room and getting stoned. It supposed to be the 7th track of our album we created.
lyrics
[verse 1]
Listen up i'm telling you a story 'bout
About a man who walked on ice
Misguided faith turned virtue into deadly vice
One mistake, the surface cracked
One small step turned thin ice sheets into frozen depths
So he drowned inside
[chorus 1]
On your own, no help in sight
Think twice about what‘s worth your sacrifice
In a river you’ll shiver, and die
[verse 2]
They saw him fall by then it was too late
Swallowed by the frozen hell turned sunken grave
I never thought how quickly life could change
Seconds between sunlight
[chorus 2]
And a deep dark place, out of sight
Think twice about what‘s worth your sacrifice
In a river you’ll shiver, and die
[chorus 3]
On your own, no help in sight
Think twice about what‘s worth your sacrifice
In a river you’ll shiver, and die
[chorus 4]
On your own, no help in sight
Think twice about what‘s worth your sacrifice
In a river you’ll shiver, and die
[chorus 5]
On your own, no help in sight
Think twice about what‘s worth your sacrifice
In a river you’ll shiver, and die
