This track is inspired by someone who was really important to me at the time.
The composition got awarded at the 7th International Jazz-Composition Contest in Katowice (PL).
We recorded this version in 2020 febuary.

[verse 1]
I think we already had it all
And we're nowhere near an answer, not this time
I fear we're slowly ending up,
In series of collisions with imperfect noumena
Infinite shards of cosmic dust

[verse 2]
Knell in this sharpened event horizon of dim light
Happy in slowly letting out
Reeling distortion , engine of ruination
We only escaped the countdown till the end

[verse 3, 6]
We fell apart
To rejoin
Pale rings form
In this cold
Debris souls
Orbit closer to the stardust
Head into the clouds

We fell apart
To rejoin in space
See us in the stars
And now we're here
In the dark
And no-one seems to care
But that's the bright side
Endless fun

And now we're surfing on nebulas
Nowhere near to an answer yet
Now just slowly
